20-50kHz High Frequency Induction Furnace

★ The medium-frequency melting furnace is used for melting materials such as steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, gold, and silver.
Medium-frequency melting has an excellent electromagnetic stirring effect, which helps to uniformize the temperature and structure of the molten metal, facilitates slag floating, and reduces impurities.
It has a wide frequency range of 1KHZ to 20KHZ. The induction coil and matching compensation capacitor can be designed by comprehensively considering factors such as melting capacity, electromagnetic stirring effect, heating efficiency, and operating noise to determine the output frequency.
It is at least 20% more energy-efficient than silicon-controlled medium-frequency furnaces.
The equipment is small in size, light in weight, and offers a wide range of melting capacities from several kilograms to several hundred kilograms. It is suitable for both factory production and small-volume melting in schools and research institutes.
